Suitable for hardware, building materials, automobile, auto body, such as aluminum alloy anode and cathode electrophoresis coating surface treatment process.
Product features
1.Developed according to the electrophoretic coating process,with 0~180seconds adjustable soft start function ,avoid the damage of high voltage shock .Standard timer alarm function;
2.After finish the one-way work ,it will shut down and alarm,If you want to start work again ,press the reset button ,it will continue working as usual .It can provide multi-step voltage building up controller ,each work voltage and time can be adjustable;
3.After finish one-way work ,the voltage auto return to zero ,then acousto-optic alarm ;at that time ,when you press the reset button ,the device will continue working as usual .
4.The transformer coil winding and the bus-bar all use the imported electrolytic copper (copper content 99.99%) for manufacture, the electric conductivity is good, the current efficiency is higher;
5.The transformer coil uses twice vacuum dipping lacquer processing craft, the insulating property and the anticorrosion performance is much better;
6.Added with the flat wave or twelve phase rectify ,with low ripple, much compact coat , uniform thickness ,smooth surface and good adhesion,especially suitable for the electrophoretic coating.
7.With precise digital timer and shut -off alarm function as well as CC,CV ,equiped with the remote control box.
